This modern 2 storey, 2 bed home with garden is ideally situated to explore Belfast & beyond or for extended business trips. George Best City Airport is walking distance (1.2km) or 5 mins by car. Excellent public transport links to Belfast, Bangor, the North Coast and Dublin. There is a bus stop just outside the front door that will have you right in the heart of the city in 14 mins. A train stop 2 mins walk away will bring you to Titanic Belfast/SSE Arena area in a short 3 min train journey. The property is less than 4 years old, has been recently redecorated with a modern hygge feel and remains free from personal belongings and clutter. Fluffy towels and crisp clean bed linen are provided for your stay with guests enjoying a free private off street parking space. Free high speed WiFi access is offered throughout the property. In the living room there is a smart TV with a basic selection of Sky entertainment channels. If you are a Netflix member you can access your own account for viewing via the smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with seating for 4 adults, a fridge freezer, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and NutriBullet.
