The Phoenix by the Sea is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat around 90 seconds walk for the stunning south beach in Hunstanton. The flat has: a fully equipped kitchen including pan, plates, mug, glasses, cutlery, children plates, cups and cutlery, wine glasses, knifes, backing sheets, toaster, grill, microwave, touch kettle, cleaning products, oil, salt, vinegar large lounge with dinning table with 4 chairs, smart TV with access to prime and netflix, large coffee table and comfy 3 seat sofa and 2 arm chairs Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet Master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe with mirrors and draws. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and draws. Travel cot - pop up available - no linen supplied for cot Parking to rear but area to front to use of loading. Wi-Fi - full fiber Perfect location to explore Hunstanton and North Norfolk.

This is our family holiday home that we rent out when we are not enjoying the Norfolk coat line. I am available by phone, text or WhatsApp. I live about 45 mins away and we have maintenance team located in Hunstanton.

Quiet road, 90 second from the beach. 15 mins walk along beach to centre of Hunstanton. Large communal grass area to the front of the property where you can see the stunning Norfolk Sunsets. Parking space to rear - can pull up onto grass at front to unload.
