Property information

Recently converted detached one bedroom brick built former pump house circa 1940s. Open plan living downstairs with kitchen living area and 2 single sofa beds, for 2 additional guests to stay. There are 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar eating area and the kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and separate freezer. You'll be a short walk from St Ives town Centre where you can enjoy its riverside walks, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.

A short less than 5-minute walk to the Centre of St Ives town where you can access the Cambridge guided bus depot with regular 15-minute departures to Cambridge City Center. St Ives is a historic market town with the river Great Ouse running through. It is also home to many supermarket shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops.
