We are delighted to offer this spacious, modern 2 double bedroom, top floor, executive apartment for a minimum of 3 nights accommodation for Upton 6 Guests. This Apartment comes with 1 complimentary allocated free car parking space and plenty of free off road parking on first come first basis. Modern fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dish washer, Fridge Freezer,microvawe, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, tea and coffee making facilities. Dining area has a table for 4 + 2 Guests, iron & iron board. Lounge area has flat screen smart tv with a 3 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed. Entrance area has a cupboard for jackets and shoes.

This Apartment is close to the A1M with easy routes to Newcastle Sunderland and Durham. There is an Aldi Supermarket open until 10pm round the corner from this Apartment.
