ქირავდება ქ.ქობულეთში ზღვიდან და ეკო პლაჟიდან 70 მეტრში, ახალ აშენებულ კორპუსში, მეხუთე სართულზე უცხოვრებელი 50მ2 აპარტამენტი ევრორემონტით. ერთი საძინებელი, მისაღები სტუდიო, დიდი აივანი ზღვის და მთის ხედით, სრული კომფორტი, ოთხ პერსონაზე, პარკინგით. კორპუსის I სართულზე გასართობი ცენტრი "ქინდერლანდ არეა" და კაფე, ახლოს სუპერმარკეტები, კვების ობიექტები, აფთიაქები. მისამართი დ.აღმაშენებლის 818 ბN22. სეზონური გაქირავების შემთხვევაში 20 ივლისამდე, დღე-ღამე 250 ლარი, 20 ივლისიდან კი დღე-ღამე 300 ლარი. განიხილება მთელი წლით გაქირავებაც(ფასიშეთანხმებით).
