My place is close to the city center, parks, great views, restaurants and dining, Black see beach, Batumi Botanical Garden. You'll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, exciting atmosphere, fresh air and marvelous sunsets. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Sunsets, scenery and view. Have domestic animals and can provide you with dairy products, also have orchard. This charming guest house is a perfect seaside getaway for you. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood and all the other necessary features will let you feel right at home. The property is 10 minutes walk from Batumi Botanical Garden and beach. 15 minutes away from Chakvi center by walk and 20-30 minutes away from Batumi center by car. Neighborhood is perfect generous and hospitable neighbors will help you anything you need.
