Keep life simple in this peaceful and centrally-located duplex in Accra (Teshie-Nungua). All living spaces are outfitted with AC units and fans. Home also comes with canopy parking. Located within 15 minutes of several hospitals, 20mins from Kotoka International, 10mins from Labadi Beach resort, 10 min from Spintex, 15mins from Tema, 15mins from Osu. Most locations around Accra about 10-30 mins from your home. Situated in a quiet neighborhood but also within 15mins to several beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Get the best of both worlds whilst living in Accra!
Born in Ghana and raised in the United States, I want to give others the opportunity to enjoy and appreciate the beauty of Ghana.
Property is located in a quiet neighborhood but still located close enough to plenty of amenities. Property was recently updated with foreigners in mind (AC units in every room and increased water reservoir with pump for when water is being managed by the town).
