2 double bedroom apartment available for short-term rentals for up to 6 people. Located in the centre of Town (on Main Street). Quiet part of the building, AC in all rooms, tall ceilings with lots of storage, washing machine, dishwasher, large smart TV with access to Netflix movies and series. Many appliances provided. Large private outdoor roof terrace with panoramic views of Gibraltar Rock, Town, Spain and even Morroco (in the distance). The roof terrace is perfect for outdoor BBQ and for relaxing after a long day touring the Rock. Convenience shop Coviran is located around the corner on Market Lane. Shops, bars and restaurants are a few minutes down the road.

I can meet the guest at the property upon arrival. I live a few minutes away from the apartment so I can help out when needed. My goal is to make all my guests as comfortable as possible.

Centre of town. Located in the heart of Town on Main Street. The building has three flats, offices, shop and dental practise on the lower floors. The flat and roof terrace is located on the top two floors of the building. There is a lift from the first floor landing, but it is very old (and slow) and it is recommended to avoid using it unless you have heavy luggage. Parking is in the ICC car park or Midtown car park. There is also Zone 2 parking for residents of Gibraltar. Everything is within walking distance as the flat is located in the heart of Gibraltar town centre. There are busses and taxis 5min walking distance. There are shops all along Main Street with many places to eat, drink and places to purchase duty free goods. There is a convenience shop around the corner (2 minute walking distance) from the property.
