Newly built modern luxury one-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, living room with fully fitted kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding doors leading onto a sunny terrace with views of the Rock of Gibraltar. The apartment includes a king bed and a double sofa bed (sleeps up to 4), WiFi, air-conditioning and benefit from private parking. Your reservation offers a complimentary internal spa area, which includes heated pools, a sauna, and a steam room, for up to two people per reservation. Any additional individuals must pay an additional fee of 30 GBP directly to the Spa Facilities company, which manages these services. Gym is available but require 10 pounds per person per day. It is very well positioned, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, World Trade Center and Ocean Village Marina. City Center is only 10 minute walk away. Please be advised that the property is not suitable for marriage registration or any other additional services related to marriages in Gibraltar.
