Company information

The Soleil d'Emery residence was founded by Mr. Guy VALA, originally from Terre-de-Bas. The residence, located at the foot of the mountain in Petite-Anse, was built on family land that once belonged to his uncle Emery, hence its name today. Today, the residence is a small additional employer for the small commune of Terre-de-Bas and allows for the accommodation of a large number of tourists on the island each year.

Each bungalow offers an air-conditioned bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private shower room, and a shaded terrace. You also have access to an outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring the island.

On Terre-de-Bas, you will enjoy hiking trails leading to stunning viewpoints. The beaches are calm and uncrowded, perfect for swimming or reading.
