Property information

Stivachtis Villas, owned by Stivachtis family, are located on the east side of Pelion, in the lovely coastal settlement of Agios Ioannis (St. John) and consists of six, modern, redecorated rooms. There are five two-bed and one three-bed villa, all combining bohemian style with wooden details and modern decoration. All rooms have kitchen, toilet, air condition and view at the Aegean sea.

Mountain Pelion is placed near Volos and is known for its beautiful villages which retain their traditional character, as well as for it’s stunning, gold beaches that stretch over the Aegean Sea. Agios Ioannis is one of the many picturesque villages of Pelion and is surrounded by two beaches of unique natural beauty Plaka and Papa-Nero.
