A fully renovated penthouse studio in the winter of 2025. Attico di lusso was designed with a lot of care and taste, fully equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Within the 29 sq.m of this studio up to two persons can be hosted comfortably. This studio features a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, an elegant and comfortable bathroom and a shower with rain. Τhis property offers heating/cooling with air conditioning, a flat screen 42' TV, a complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as a private large balcony with canopy ovrelooking the view of the city. Strategically located right in the heart of the city, just few metres from the Law Court Building and from the city square.
