In April 2025, the interior was newly decorated with fresh colors and stylish new furniture, creating a vibrant and cozy atmosphere. Step outside into a one-of-a-kind 70 sq.m. courtyard, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The space features a built-in BBQ and is shaded by a magnificent 80-year-old orange tree, offering a tranquil escape under its natural canopy.
