Μονοκατοικία (ισόγειο και πρώτος όροφος) που βρίσκεται σε έναν ήσυχο δρόμο, 150 μ από τη θάλασσα Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζονται για μια ευχάριστη και ποιοτική διαμονή. Υπνοδωμάτιο, σαλόνι τραπεζαρία μπαλκόνι, wifi, Α/C, πάρκινγκ και roof garden με υπέροχη θέα. Η περιοχή διαθέτει οργανωμένη και ελεύθερη παραλία για κολύμβηση, εστιατόρια, και γήπεδα μπάσκετ, τένις, παιδική χαρά και θερινό σινεμά. Εύκολη πρόσβαση από το αεροδρόμιο (20΄ περίπου ) και 45΄περίπου από το κέντρο της Αθήνας.
Χαρά μας να φιλοξενούμε άτομα από όλο τον κόσμο και να φεύγουν ικανοποιημένα από τις παροχές του σπιτιού και από την ομορφιά του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος! Απολαύστε ξένοιαστες διακοπές, χαρείτε τη θάλασσα τη φύση με αγάπη και προστασία του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος!
