Located in the village of Kobothekrata which is only 10 minutes from Argostoli the capital of Kefalonia, where you will find many shops, restaurants and sandy beaches such as Makris gialos, Platys gialos & the airport which is 6km. The house is located in a peaceful complex with a serene garden, exterior bbq. dining area, free parking. The ideal location for those who seek to be close to the capital!
