The Urban Luxus Studio II, offers a stylish 37 sqm totally new renovated accommodation only 7 min away from the Airport on foot, and only 7 min away from Heraklion City by Bus. All the famous attractions of the city are accessible by the city bus. The Bus station is only 3 min away from the central Ikarou str. The Urban Luxus Studio II offers a fully equipped kitchen, 1 sleeping area and 1 sitting area optically divided, as well as 1 big double bed and 1 sofa-bed, free Wi-Fi internet. The modern and renovated bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, shampoo and shower gel. Cosy and modern, for couples and friends. Perfect for city escapes.
As people who have worked in the tourism industry for over a decade, we are confident in the quality of our services and our desire to make our guests feel at ease. Our motto, "live like a local," inspired us to open our newly refurbished accommodations to everyone who wants to immerse themselves in the Cretan way of life.
If you want to get a taste of local life, our flat is the finest spot to stay. You will be close to the Heraklion International Airport and the city center, as well as being in a quiet but bustling neighborhood. Supermarkets, bakeries, gas stations, cafes, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance and easily accessible.
