Apartment of 80sqm built in 2009 on the ground floor villa, comprising 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Livingroom. 300sqm private nice garden. Distances: 700m from the traditional village of Koskinou, 8km from the city of Rhodes 4km from Kallithea Springs and 7km from Faliraki. Approximately 20'min drive distance from the airport to the house. The guests has undisturbed access to the whole apartment and the garden as it will be their private property during their stay.
It is our pleasure to help you experience a wonderful trip and live the best holiday you can imagine. Our phones will be available almost all day long for any information needed. We will meet you personally on your arrival to welcome you in the house. If you like to rent a car or a motorbike we can help you find it at the best price with the best insurance conditions.
Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with courteous and hospitable people sparsely populated with villas in a lush, fantastic natural environment ideal and safe for families with children friends and couples. It is nice to relax somewhere quietly and you can eat and walk in the traditional village of Koskinou, drink and dance in the famous Faliraki or in the Old Town of Rhodes. Regular bus transport from the village central square or from the main road (after 10 minutes walking) and taxi station. You have free parking for your car on the road just outside the house.
