Η βίλα "Family's nest" μόλις χτίσθηκε (2021) με πολύ αγάπη και φροντίδα για να είναι το καλοκαιρινό καταφύγιο ολόκληρης της οικογένειας Απέργη ( βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Απεργάτικα) 1,5 χλμ.. από το γραφική πόλη της Λάκκας. Με σεβασμό στη παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική, και τη φύση , επιλέξαμε με οικολογική συνείδηση φυσικά υλικά , την Παξινήτικη πέτρα που έβγαλε το οικόπεδο και τα παραδοσιακά χρώματα. Παντρέψαμε το παλιό μα το μοντέρνο για να φτιάξουμε πραγματικά μια ζεστή φωλιά που παρέχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ένα αξέχαστο καλοκαίρι στο νησί. Θέλουμε με μεγάλη μας χαρά να μοιραστούμε το δικό μας όραμα και με όλους εσάς που επιλέγουν το νησί μας για τις οικογενειακές τους διακοπές. Απολαύστε το!

Περίπου στο 1 χιλ. είναι μια από τις πιο όμορφες και οργανωμένες παραλίες των Παξών το Μονοδέντρι με εστιατόρια, beach bar, ξαπλώστρες και ελαιόδεντρα που ακουμπούν το κύμα χαρίζοντας τη δροσιά τους στους λουόμενους τους καυτούς μήνες.
