LONG TERMS RENTING For long-term rentals (over 27 days), there will be an additional charge for electricity, which will be based on your actual consumption (measured in kWh). Upon check-in, you and the owner will record the initial electricity reading, and you will take the final reading either two days before your departure or at the end of each month. The cost of electricity is 0.30 per kWh, and this amount must be paid in cash to the owner on the same day. Additionally, a cash deposit of 200 will be required upon your arrival as an electricity guarantee. This amount will be refunded to you at the time of your departure.
