Company information

We own this property for a number of years, and every year that passes we try to improve our services and our property. Is our goal to to give our guests happy memories after their stay in our property.

Property information

A family-run property, a few meters away from the beach, in the quiet village of Ilia. Our property offers accommodation to all types of tourist, but especially to families, with our spacious and kitchen-equipped studios and apartments. All our studios and apartments, include private bathroom and furnished balcony with views to the landscape. We can accommodate until two adults and up to 3 children. At the porch there is also a kidden garden for our little guests. Guests can choose between Room Only accommodation or Bed & Breakfast. Our breakfast is served at the buffet at the lounge of the property, but usually guests prefer to have their breakfast at the garden. During the summer we organize BBQ's, and also our guests are free to use it. In cooperation with a local tavern, guests can ask us for meals offer.

Neighbourhood information

Although we are not a beach- front hotel, the beach though is a few meters away from our property. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, right at the bottom of mountain Telethrion. Guests can find in a few meters some taverns, and also we are very close to Loutra Edipsou center, where guests can visit to enjoy the thermal spas, the market and a variety of restaurants and cafes.
