Why this location? Our facilities are located right next to a stream and a line of tall trees that provide natural shade ,an ideal oasis to cool down from the summer heat. Far enough from the beating path of the village center of Katelios , providing our guests with peace, quiet and relaxation ,without being limited easy access to it . A beautiful spot just a heartbeat away from the shores of Santa Barbara beach . What are the unique benefits of the property? -No other buildings are located in the line of sight. - Unique sea view of the Ionian sea and the island of Zante. -There is plenty of outdoor space for activities or relaxation. -A Beautiful sight filled with numerous local plants and wildlife. -Ideal for families and couples.

-Katelios is a lovely fishing village where tourism started thriving the past few decades, providing guests of all tastes with a variety of comforts ,always with respect towards the natural environment and cultural appropriation. - Santa Barbara beach and its sandy shores are protected by local authorities as a natural heritage site. You can always go for a swim or go sunbathing. -In the village center you can find mini markets ,gift shops , restaurants,tavernas cafés, bars or other services. -Dreamcatcher is a lovely family-run business right next to our apartments.
