Cozy stay in a beautiful garden & sea access Nestled in an olive grove at the foot of the village, Kipos offers peaceful accommodation with stunning views of the traditional village and its hilltop castle. Just a 5–10 minute walk from the beach, our fully refurbished r apartments feature equipped kitchens, air conditioning, smart TVs with Wi-Fi, private balconies and solar-heated showers. Easy access by car or local bus, private parking space and proximity to restaurants, cafes, and nearby attractions like Petra, Eftalou, and Anaxos. Run with love by our family for years, Kipos offers unique hospitality and relaxation.

Very quiet, close to the village and several restaurants, cafes and street food shops. Public beach is around 300 meters away and a puclic beach equiped with sun loungers are at 10 minutes walk. Local buses passes by in front of KIPOS entrance and stops a few meters away. Odysseas Elytis Airport of Mytilini (MJT) is 65 klm away. Lesbos main port is 60 klm away. Popular villages nearby are the traditional village of Petra, Eftalou hot springs and Anaxos beach.
