Raised ground floor 50sq.m. with yard recently renovated. It has a large living room with TV, fireplace and comfortable sofas that can accommodate up to 5 people, a bedroom with a double bed 160cmX200cm and a mattress from the leading company Dimstel. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and the bathroom is quite spacious with new sanitary ware. In the courtyard you will find citrus trees, a barbeque area and bicycle storage.
We are available to provide any travel information regarding the area. On demand with extra charge: private tour guide (spoken languages: english, italian)
It is located on the central market of Vrachati in a neighborhood with taverns, food delivery shops, bakery, mini-market and coffee shops. The blue flag awarded beach of Vrachati is a 10-minute walk and a 2-minute drive away.
