The apartment, whose address is Kapetan Alexomanoli 6, is a first floor luxurious studio, located in the heart of Agios Nikolaos city, just near the beach and has undertook full renovation. Also, a brand new elevator has recently been installed. Nearby, you can find bars, restaurants, bakeries, super markets as well the central market of the city. The distances to the center and the beach are very short and quick, no more than 100 meters! It is a beautiful apartment with its own balcony, one king-double size bed and one sofa bed for two persons. All electrical appliances are brand new such as new 32'' FullHD smart TV with Netflix, air-condition, oven and a fridge! In addition to the beautiful apartment spaces, we also provide our guests with a balcony-terrace on the above floor, in order to enjoy the sea view under the sun!
