Modern all-new studio with underfloor heating and cooling system, fully equipped, with brand furniture as well as kitchen appliances. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute by car to the beach Kalamitsa. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.
