Traditional cave house. Single living space - kitchen + complete mini-WC. Fully Ventilated from the east side with a large window looking towards to the village square, from the south through the entrance window (BBQ area) and from north directly connected with the back garden through 2 surface vents. Located at the eastern opening of the historic PYRRICHOS gorge(namely Himara at an altitude of 380m), it overlooks the Kotronas gulf and the mythical island of Kythira. Himara is comfortably connected by road (Km) to Areopolis 8, Limeni 13, Kotrona 6, Gythio 24, Diros (Caves) 13, Tainaro 40 (the southwester cape of Europe). The area of PYRICHOS neighbors the capital villages of KOTRONAS and FLOMOCHORI, famous for their old fortress towers maintained in good condition. Also, Worth mentioning the proximity of CHIMARA village with famous clear-waters seaside places for swimming ((6 Km maχ: Kotronas, Skopa, Vata of Chalikias, Lagadaki, Alypa etc.)
