The apartment resides in the southern part of the community of Kallithea, on the site of Toronaia Road. The apartment is situated next to the center of the town, as well as the famous beach of Kallithea, so close that no car is needed to get there. In the near garden of the complex there is a common swimming pool. The 2 floor apartment is newly built (2021) and fully furnished.
If you have any questions regarding the payment or any other personal issues you can contact me via email and I will respond as quickly as possible. For questions or issues regarding the apartment or for minor issues, you will receive contact information of a local housekeeper. If you want extra services such as additional cleaning during your stay please ask the housekeeper and he will discuss everything with you.
- The apartment has one of the most comfortable locations in the city. It is very close the the town centre - There is public transportation available in the city centre - 500m to the town centre - 400m to the nearest beach - Multiple bars, restaurants, cafés in the city centre - Multiple shopping opportunities - Multiple nightclubs nearby - Most bars, café, restaurants offer Wifi connection Everything is within a walking distance!
