A newly renovated flat ideal for up to 5 persons, 5 min walk from Kolymbari beach and 23km from Chania and the Venetian Harbour. The flat has two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open space living room and a large bathroom. The house offers a spacious balcony with sea view ideal for dining or relaxing. Wifi, 75’ TV (incl.Netflix) washer available! Strategically located close to the world famous beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonissi!
The house is situated in the seaside town of Kolymbari. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) you will find a range of shops such as bakeries, butchers and supermarket. You will also find pharmacy and ATMs. At two minutes walk, there is a bus stop offering daily and regular routes to Chania. Taxi service is also available. On the seaside promenade, there are plenty of restaurants famous for their fresh fish and local cuisine as well as cafes and beach bars. Additionally, the greater area is famous for the crystal clear sandy beaches of Balos, Falasarna, and Elafonisi, located just a short driving distance away.
