A very agreable residence ideal for families too. It consists of a ground floor 150sqm with autonomous entrance appartment with its front veranda and a large garden in front , with sea view ,fully equipped and modern. Its immediate outdoor proximity permits our guests to pass all day long there. The seaside is five minutes walk in front of the villa, close proximity to the nearby avlaki famous sand beaches for swimming ,
i will meetyou upon arrival to the villa and will be available during your stay for any assistance you may need. either on the premise if needed or by tel mobil ( what's up , viber etc) or by my email
peaceful residential area with nearby many nice beaches , crystalclear waters caffe, taverns , supermarkets ,shops , restaurants ,bars, cinema sea ide walking sites , sports area ATHENS VENIZELOS airport is at proximity only 25 minutes by taxi or car . easy access to the city of athens by car , taxi , bus 40 minutes distance . and visits to nearby archeological sites .f.ex Posidon ancient temple in Sounion or Vravrona site . Many other interesting places to visit like local wineries etc in near areas .
