Perfect retreat for peace & tranquility, tucked away in the south of Rethymno countryside, with easy access to lovely beaches, archeological sites, the beach town of Plakias. Summer is amazing here, while fall, winter and spring are equally interesting, one can really find him/her self over this endless simple beauty. The village of Kanevos is serene and beautiful all year round! The house is located 30 meters away from the famous taverna Iliomanolis, one of the best taverns in Rethymno.

Kanevos is a beautiful village in the south of Rethimno, Crete. Kanevos is also a canyon. Equally close to forests and beaches it is beautiful year round. Public transportation is scarce in this part of Réthymno. It is easier to drive a car. There is easy street parking outside the house.
