Situated in the cozy and quiet area near the city, only 6 min walk from the Aegean Sea, this Rural Villa offers comfortable self-catered accommodation, perfect for reunions with friends or family. It features Wi-Fi and comes fully furnished with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, flat screens, air conditioners, iron and an ironing board, barbecue, hair dryer, toaster...) and private parking for 5 cars. The house has 5 bedrooms each accomodating two persons, 2 living rooms with convertible sofas, 2 bathrooms with WC, 1 WC, 1 shower, 1 outdoor WC with shower. There is a possibility of accommodation in three independent spaces: one three-room apartment composed of 2 bedrooms (2 x 2 people), kitchen/living room with convertible sofa for 2 people, WC-bathroom, one 2-room apartment with 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, kitchen and WC-shower and one 2-room apartment with 1 bedroom with 2 beds, , kitchen/living room with convertible sofa for 2 persons, WC and shower
