Hello, there. I am currently living in UK but I'm coming originally from crete. I love to travel and meet new people. Curently I'm managing 5 flats in crete (in Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos). I would love to host you in one of them. Hope to see you soon! Angel The apartment is 15 minutes away from the airport or the port by car, via the national motorway. The most import distance is towards the beach!! Amoudara beach is only 20 minutes away from the house. Amoudara is one of the biggest touristic area in Heraklion city. We are only 10 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion by car or 25-30 minutes by bus every 30 to 60 minutes. 30 minutes away from the beautiful traditional village of Rogdia and only 40 minutes away from Anogia village. 10 minutes away from the popular minoan palace, Knossos and 15minutesaway from the biggest aquarium of the Mediterranean sea. The most of the museums are allocated in the centre of Heraklion city. I am advising you to rent a car for easier transports. If help is needed to rent a car please don't hesitate to ask me. I can arrange it!!

Bright and modern apartment in Heraklion city, 10min by car from the centre. The apartment has one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The living room can accommodate 1 more person. Privet modern bathroom is available. The Terrace got amazing view of Heraklion city. Public transport is extremely close with hourly buses all day towards Heraklion centre and 20 minutes away by car from the beautiful beach of Amoudara.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is allocated in a quiet neighbourhood Mesabelies which is a suburb 10 minutes by car, or 30 min by walk, away from the city centre. Nearby the apartment you can easily find a supermarket, butcher, and traditional coffee places and taverns. Near to the property is a wonderful walking pathway to the nature. This amazing walking pathway will help you to meet the Cretan flora and fauna. The ideal is to rent a car (please if you need it, don't hesitate to ask me, as I can arrange it)but if you can't don't worry!! The bus station is 2 minutes away of the house and they are buses towards the city centre every hour. Bus number 04 Port-(Mastampas)-Mesabelies has 53 stops and the total trip duration for this route is approximately 30 minutes. Is that not convenience? 10minutes walk from the house is another bus stop with buses every 30minutes. Bus number 04 Port-Mastampas has 32 stops and the total trip duration for this route is approximately 25 minutes.
