BUNGALOW:The Oaks Outdoor Living is very special indeed! There is a bungalow with a king bed and space for a single bed. The sitting room has a sleeper sofa for 2 guests as a queen bed or 2 single beds. BBQ area has outdoor living spaces with a large 55" TV, and additional bathroom. Fresh herbs for grilling, and local wine for tasting SEASIDE PERGOLA has a double sleeper futon bed where you can sleep while listening to the waves. The terrace is perfect for morning yoga and stretching while looking at the sea. Private stairs to the sandy beach perfect for swimming laps, snorkelling, fishing and sunbathing, or walking along the shore. 3 OAK TREES, 300+ year old which grace the property. Lighting in the garden at night allows for special nightime ambience. Jasmine, roses and palms to enjoy. ELECTRIC ENTRY DOOR which allows for safety for your parked car inside the compound.
The Oaks Outdoor living is a very special place. Spyros is an experienced outdoorsman and spear fishes at the beach down the stairs from the property. He BBQ's and is available for BBQ dinner requests of mountain beef,lamb, goat or fresh fish from our beach. Spyro upkeeps the property with love ! Elise is happy to organise day excursions to nearby sights, which there are many. She is a master traveller and enjoys connecting with visitors! The patio overlooking the beach is perfect for morning workouts/yoga/stretching, then a swim in the water.
The OAKS has direct beach access to a semi-private beach. Kalamitsi is a 7-minute drive from downtown Preveza in one direction, and Monolithi beach clubs the opposite direction. One hour drive to the Pindos mountains making it perfect for day trips. The Ionion Islands are visible from the property and are easily accessible by car and ferry boat. Preveza is still a town off-the-beaten-track compared to other towns in Greece. We have more Greek tourists than others and it offers a speacial Greek experience of the culture, fresh food at taverns, and friendly natives. We have the sardine festival in August, Jazz festival in May, Choral festival in July, Tennis open in the summer, Beach volley open in the summer, and many many more events.
