An old winery, established in 1879, has been transformed into a 5 houses complex with enchanting views to the tranquil blue of the Aegean Sea. “Afoura” is the name that Santorini give to the biggest barrel of a winery. Afoura Houses offers its guest a genuine Santorini living experience away from the hustle of Caldera. The authentic character of the traditional architecture and living in Santorini remained unspoiled, where carefully selected cutlery, furnishing and the décor reflect the sophisticated charm of the house and the authentic spirit of Santorini living.
The houses can accommodate from 2 to 8 guests each and are available for rent individually or as whole. This is an ideal accommodation choice for guests seeking a private stay, for large groups or wedding participants who will enjoy the authentic island experience in the east side of Santorini. Afoura Houses in the village of Exo Gonia is conveniently located close to the airport, the island’s capital Fira, the village of Pyrgos as well as the vibrant beach of Kamari.
