It is a newly built property (2023). The space is fully private, with no connection to the ground floor, as each floor has its own separate entrance and private, well-equipped garden. It includes BBQ facilities, outdoor shower, fridge, lounge area, and sink with household essentials. It also offers a private Jacuzzi with hydromassage and spa function, and a private pool (4.00 x 3.00 m), available only during the summer months.
