Τhis is a newly built 2-floor fully equipped modern villa with a big common pool,and its only 150 meters away from the main beach which include water sports and a beach bar.Built with double exterior walls for extra sound insulation and thermal insulation.There is TV and Air Condition in every room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electric devices and cooking utensils. There is strong and fast WiFi,BBQ,Satellite TV, Washing Machine,Secure Private Parking.Ideal for families and friends!

Neighbourhood information

You have a wonderful mountain view a nice flower garden and you are located in a quite area. Also we have big balcony doors which you can open to enter your back patio where the swimming pool is found. Fresh fish and traditional Greek dishes are served in the near-by restaurants. Fresh bread and pastries are available at the local bakeries every morning. Sun-loungers and umbrellas can be hired at the beach. Kolymbia town is full of life with many restaurants, shopping streets, traditional coffee shops, bars, and plenty of nightlife for all ages. Kolymbia is located 20 minutes away from Rhodes town and from airport. It is only five minutes away from the village of Afandou and Archanggelos two of the greatest traditional villages of Rhodes. One of the most beautiful beach in Rhodes is Tsampika Beach. Its 2km golden sandy beach with canteens,restaurants and umbrellas with sunbeds and its only 4 minutes from our place!! There are water sports and Beach Bars too!! One of the best place of Rhodes is Seven Springs its 4 minutes away from Kolymbia its a place in the forest with a big restaurant beside the springs and its a fantastic place to go there!
