Apartment Lipa is located on the ground floor of a family house and contains everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The house is surrounded by natural greenery and is well protected from the summer heat. There is also a large courtyard, protected from prying eyes, for a pleasant relaxation in the shade of the trees. We also have a large, secure parking lot for our guests' cars.
The area where Apartment Lipa is located is quiet and pleasant. We are located only a fifteen minute walk to the nearest beach, historical sites, as well as the center of our city. So we are protected from city noise and crowds, and at the same time close to all the fun and cultural events in the city!
