We are exclusively family run business. Also, we live in our family house in the very next garden to Villa, being all the time on hand for any assistance to guests.

Property information

Besides all other amenities in apartments and balconies, terraces and swimming pool, our Villa is very convenient for all guests coming in Dubrovnik by car as we offer private parking free of charge in the heart of Dubrovnik. This is important as, due to very high parking fees in Dubrovnik, our guests can make significant savings. Please note: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). The number of parking spots is limited and it depends on availability.

Neighbourhood information

Our neighbourhood is, however only 600 meters far from the walls of the Old City, very quiet and relaxing for all our guests. Our aim is to offer good rest to everybody and at the same time being in real heart of Dubrovnik.
