This is a family house owned by family Rustan for more than 100 years. It is divided to 3 separate accommodation units /apartments, each on its own floor. Apartment Ivo is situated on the 2nd floor of the house. Since it is the house inside the city walls protected by the UNESCO, house does not have an elevator. We have been renting out for more than 8 years and we had only positive and nice experience with our guests from all over the world.
Dear guests, We would like to welcome you to our house. Everything has been prepared as if we will be living here, fully equipped in every sense in order to have all facilities on disposal. We hope you will enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik as much as you can and that we will have an opportunity to meet you for many years in row.
Our house is situated in the very center of the center of Dubrovnik. It is simple to live here if you are visiting Dubrovnik for few day because everything is very close and easy accessible. However you must be aware that living in the center of the center sometimes can mean crowded streets and people wherever you look around. In any case we will try to make sure that your stay is as much comfortable as possible.
