House is located 600m from the tourist center of Medulin and beach is five minutes drive away. BUNGALOW is completely furnished for 2-4 people. On the main floor are located living room with sleeping possibility, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Bedroom for 2 persons is upstairs and it is air conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped and contains fridge, gas stove, oven, dishes and coffee maker. Guests also have SAT/TV, sheets and towels. Parking is inside bungalow's courtyard. Bungalow is situated behind owner's family house. The owner has a dog, so pets are not allowed. Studio ULIKA apartment is situated on the ground floor, ideal for couples. It has one double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and terrace. The main room is air conditioned. Apartment has been recently renovated. It is situated on the ground floor and accommodates 2-4 people. Apartment SMOKVA offers one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and terrace with sitting furniture. Kitchen has fridge, electric stove, filter coffee maker, dishes and cutlery. Guests also have WiFi, bed sheets and towels. All guests in the house have a barbecue on their disposal. The owner lives too.
