Newly renovated apartments each with brand new kitchen and private bathroom, air conditioning, flat screen TV, fridge, safe, toast, kettle, sitting area and writing desk, as well as anti allergic bed linen and mattress. The private bathroom comes with shower, toiletries and towels. Located in an elite part of town, only 300 meters away from the beach Žnjan which is the largest and the most popular beach in Split. City center and the Old Town are only 3.8 km away from the apartments. 200 meters away from the building there is a bus stop with bus line number 15 running every 30 minutes to the old town, the ride to the city center takes about 15 minutes. The nearby grocery store Victa is 250 meters away. Main Bus and Train Station, as well as the Ferry Port with links to nearby islands, are at a distance of 3.8 km. Shopping centers City Center One and Mall of Split are only 2 km away. It is possible to arrange airport pick up for an extra charge. Property also has a private parking under video surveillance.
