Indulge in comfort at the modern "Astinian - apartments Jadranka" nestled in Štinjan village. Conveniently situated 5 km from bustling Pula and 3 km from picturesque Fažana center, revel in tranquility in a sun-kissed cul-de-sac. Just 400m from the sea, unwind in the lush garden, complete with a lawn, spacious swimming pool, terrace adorned with garden furniture, and barbecue facilities. 

Neighbourhood information

Štinjan is a village in between Pula and Fažana. We have the nearest small shop on 400 m, supermarket on 2 km, shopping center on 4 km, the closest restaurant is on 300 m, bakers, café, bus stop on 400 m. There is a wide range of different types of beaches in this area. The closest one is Pebble Beach on 400 m there is also and shingle beach and rocky beach. Sandy beach is on 15 km away. We have a diving center at 400 m and tennis club, windsurfing club at 1 km. Golf course (18 holes) on nearby archipelago NP Brijuni.
