Originally built in 1985, this house was completely refurbished in 2018. It comprises three apartments for three to five people. Situated in a quiet location at the edge of a forest but only 700 metres from the centre of Poreč and the sea, Apartments Niko are perfect for guests who want to enjoy peace and quiet but don’t want to miss out on the events and services offered by Poreč as a well-known tourist destination. The apartments are appointed in a modern style that caters to the needs of modern guests. There are two apartments located on the ground floor and one on the first-floor. Each apartment has a large terrace with a barbecue where guests can dine with their families or friends after a day on the beach or a trip to the surrounding area. The garden features sun loungers and a Jacuzzi for all those guests who like to relax in a pleasant environment.
