This fantastic villa is a modern holiday home with a touch of luxury at the same time. The villa is located in the heart of Dalmatia and is only 200 meters away from the Srima beach. The small tourist town of Srima, near Vodice, is known for its friendly local people, great natural wonders to explore and stunning coastline with crystal clear sea. The villa has 2 floors and has 4 bedrooms with double beds, TV, air conditioning and 4 bathrooms en suite. One of them is a bathroom with a sauna. The ground floor of the villa is open plan with large modern glass windows allowing plenty of light throughout the living area. The entire villa is air-conditioned and has WiFi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a very stylish living room with access to the terrace and pool. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The outdoor area of the villa offers a large 40m2 pool and jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy many happy hours. There is an outdoor terrace with table and chairs and a barbecue where you can spend wonderful evenings with your family and friends preparing delicious meals.
