This new apartment is outstanding. It is located on the beach of Žnjan, only 30 meters from the sea, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathrooma large terrace with a view of the sea, two beautiful private pools only for guests of the Enjoyer apartment! Parking for 2 cars is reserved and is located in a closed garage under the apartment and is free of charge. Apartment Enjoyer is located near restaurants: Merlin, Amfora and Fanat; 1-3 minutes from the apartment. Riva and the Old Town are only 3-4 km away. You can drive 10 minutes by car or you can walk 35 minutes along the beach to Riva. Two large shopping centers Mall of Split and City Center One are 3 km away. Be our dear guests.
New building that was built 2022. Calm and peaceful neighborhood . The apartment has two PRIVATE POOLS (just for you). A large pool for adults and a smaller children's pool. Walking distance (3 min) to the newly renovated most beautiful beach in Split, Žnjan beach renovated and opened in 2025. 🅿️ Free parking within the building for all guests arriving by car.
