This is a completely renovated and newly furnished (in 2021) Istrian house, which was built of stone, so it has 70 cm thick walls. It is equipped with a new modern massive kitchen and 2 TV (55") on both floors. On the large terrace with barbecue, where delicious meals can be prepared during the evenings, there is also a large massive wooden table and two covered benches. The house is located on the edge of the quiet village of Melnica, from where the owner's vineyards, olive groves, orchards and meadows stretch on the west side, and forests on the north side.The water in the pool is regulated with automatic electrolysis of water so that no chlorine tablets are placed.
The host is a very kind retiree and offers guests a welcome aperitif. He is engaged in viticulture, fruit growing, olive oil production, fishing and hunting. You can buy ECO products from him (extra virgin olive oil, sheep cheese, high-quality red wine - "Istrian Teran" and white wine - "Istrian Malvasia", cherry liqueur, brandy and slivovica.
You can enjoy the beaches in the bays of Blaz, Rakalj, Krnica and Duga uvala. Do visit the restaurants in Barban and enjoy in the local food specialities. A visit to the Adrenaline Park in Glavani and Barba Tone horse stable in Manjadvorci is also recommended.
