House located in quiet area, nature and tranquility. A fully detached newly-built holiday home offers ONLY ONE APARTMENT, large and elegant, 4-star 90 m2, with a large garden, outside whirlpool, natural island's pristine greenery and forest, situated in the mid part of the Krk Island. THERE ARE NO OTHER TOURISTS or apartment(s) for rent in this house and almost no neighbors either. If you need a place to relax and rest away from crowds and people; or, you just look for a place to work and gain additional inspiration; or, you need a place where you can spend a peaceful vacation with your friends and family; or, you just look for a place for yourself away from everybody - and still be on the island with fresh sea air and surrounded by original island forest in a rural area, at the same time enjoying an elegant and modern, spacious, and well-furnished apartment - it is then the ideal place for you.
The house is secluded by natural greenery, located in unique rural area of the Krk island, away from main street and traffic, isolated from tourist crowds, 5-8 km from tourist resorts, shopping centers, restaurants, beaches. It is positioned on a unique isolated rural location, away from the summer crowded tourist areas, but still not to far away from major urban areas on the island.
