The house is situated in a quiet part of Crikvenica, just a short drive (5 min) to the beach or the town, with beautiful views of the countryside, the sea and islands. You'll be woken up by birds singing and enjoy your morning coffee in beautiful terrace.We do not rent a house to young party people. This unique house with unforgettable view has been decorated with owners art work, pictures and cheramics. Surrounded and fullfilled with mediteranian plants offers you holiday for all your senses. In the centreof house is big intimate terrace with jacuzzi (small pool cca4 m2) and lounge and beautiful view on sea, islands, sunsets... The house is on two floors. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony, kitchen and dining room. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace. The floors are connected with inner stairs. Both spaces have air conditioning. In front of the house is parking space for two cars. All listed areas are accessible for guests. The advertised prices includes all expenses, excluding property damage charges. No additional charges for the use of airconditionig or tourist tax.
