Spacious and newly renovated apartment located 12 minutes walk from the city center. The apartment is designed to accommodate 4 +1 persons, and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet and balcony. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, TV and free parking in front of the building. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. 1 large double bedroom with large closet, work / toilet table and air conditioning. 1 smaller room with two single beds and one wardrobe Living room with extra bed / sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a dining table, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all cooking utensils and cutlery. The balcony is equipped with a small table and chairs and an outdoor dryer. The toilet is fully equipped with sink, shower, hairdryer, hot water, toilet bowl and toiletries
