The unique, luxury Villa TonKa occupies a spot on the hill in the peaceful rural setting just outside the Labin town centre. This newly built villa offers two floors devoted to opulence and relaxation through modern design perfectly merged into its natural surrounding. Equipped with large swimming pool, infrared bio sauna and private gym it is an absolute pleasure for a dream vacation. We are looking forward to see you in our Villa and if you need anything we are here to help and make your stay unforgettable. We can organize for you wine tasting in nearby winery Juricic with local products: cold plates, wine, schnaps and olive oil. You can also visit donkeys nearby the winery. Labin old town is just 4km away, while Rabac beach is 9km away. As well you can go for a swim in Sv. Marina or Ravni which are 10 - 14 km away. If you want to explore more in Istria region, city of Pula is 46 km from our villa, and Rovinj is 59km away. Aquapark Istralandia – 82 km- Aquapark Aquacolors 71 km- Adrenalin Park Glavani 30km Nearest Pula airport in 43km away and transportation can be organized on your request. My name is Toni and I'm owner of Villa TonKa. Newly built 2022, fully furnished and equipped rental house on the edge of the village Bartići near Labin ( Rabac) . My hobbies are hiking, skiing and travelling. During summertime I like snorkelling and boat trips. I'll give my best to help you enjoy your stay in our place. If you need any info or advices for local tours feel free to contact me. I may help you to organize a boat trip to island Cres or to rent a jet ski , quad or enduro bike or MTB. Bike center has also an option to bring you bikes on the location of the house. Maps for hiking or MTB can be provided.
Very quite and friendly village neighbourhood on the top of the hill ( alt. 400 m above sea level ) Locals are very friendly and will help you with any question. Dogs in the village are very friendly. Our Villa is located at the end of the village , with 3 more houses nearby.
